Atara Batik was founded in 2016, starting from loving and collecting hand painted batik, we developed into a producer of Indonesian hand painted batik. Atara Batik currently has 3 galleries in the cities of Surabaya and Jakarta. We are known as Indonesian hand painted batik manufacturers that have bold and modern colors and designs.

The name Atara itself is taken from the Hebrew language which means “Crowned”. This meaning of the word is our mission and dream to be able to crown the appearance of everyone who wears it. Our biggest vision is to help preserve Indonesian hand painted batik so that it can be known and loved by various age groups, regions and even foreign countries.

Year 2022 is one of our biggest milestones, because Atara Batik has succeeded in its third showroom at Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta. Thank you to the #SahabatAtara, thanks to your support and enthusiasm, we are not just in this industry, but we can continue to grow for these 7 years.
